Updated: Sep 2, 2022

Come participate with us in this live debate, on September 3rd, 2022, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Brasilia Time – BRT GMT-3).

The interview will be streamed live on the Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EC89hxibfKc or Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/iipcprojectiology

Luciano Regnier, an IIPC international volunteer, interviews the authors of the book Self-care: a dynamic approach to integral health, Fernanda Cabral Schveitzer e Mariana Cabral Schveitzer. Both published several articles about health, self-research, and consciousness research in conscientiological journals and verbets, such as Consciential Health (Fernanda) and Universal Welcoming (Mariana).

Fernanda is a physician, and a specialist in occupational medicine, a volunteer of Conscientiology since 1999, and an instructor since 2001, currently a volunteer at the AIEC (International Association for the Expansion of Conscientiology).

Mariana is a nurse, and university lecturer. She is also a PhD in Science and specialized in Acupuncture and Public Health. She has been a volunteer of Conscientiology since 2013, and currently is a volunteer at the UNICIN (Union of International Conscientiocentric Institutions).

Self-care is a dynamic and continuous cycle of self-knowledge and self-improvement. Caring for oneself is a complex process influenced by the culture and health model which each person best identifies with. Self-care is also influenced by the perception of what resources are available to promote health and well-being.

In this Live debate, the authors are going to share their personal experiences and knowledge in self-care and overall health, through approaches found in Western health, integrative, complementary therapies, and consciential health. They will address the following subjects:

- What is self-care and how to organize your self-care?

- How to improve your self-care and how to help others?

- "Find; Embrace; Move and Again" (FEMA) method, an innovative proposal to organize and develop self-care.

- The link between Conscious Projection and self-care.
